• All teams will consist of four players: Pick your own players
• All participants must have a USGA GHIN handicap with a minimum of five scores. Handicap does not need to be registered at Island Green, but must be a GHIN handicap.
• League fee payable prior to league play is $50.00 per player, includes GHIN handicap system, your last league round at no charge and prize to the winning team.
• Weekly fee is $28.00 per player for nine holes including cart.

Matches

• All matches will be match play consisting of two individual matches and a better ball match of partners.
• Points will be awarded in the following manner: 1) One point in individual match for winning the nine holes 2) One point for the better ball team winning the nine holes and 3) Each player wins a point for each hole they win.
• Points will be tallied over the length of the league with the team tallying the most point declared as the winner. In the event of a tie the teams will compete to declare a winner.
• Matches will be played in foursomes with two members of a team competing against two members of another team with all four members of the team competing with the four members of the opposing team.
• Matches will be played at full handicap
• Substitutes: Teams will be entitled to have substitutes. All substitutes must have a USGA GHIN handicap with a minimum of five established scores.

Dates and Times

• The league will be held for 10 to 12 weeks based on the number of teams participating.
• Start date will be Monday April 14 th.
• There will be occasions when we will be hosting outside events that will impact the league going for consecutive weeks. Those dates will be posted when our event calendar has been finalized.
• Tee times will start at 5:30 and run consecutive every eight to ten minutes. If possible at times we will do a modified shotgun start. All participants will be notified in advance of times and dates.
